Oxford College,Sydney is dedicated to educating students who have a diverse range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The overall aim of Oxford College, Sydney is to address the language needs of students while preparing them for successful completion of the Higher School Certificate examination, and entry into tertiary education.

The College was developed as a logical and exciting extension of Specialty Language Centre, which has been successfully assisting students with their English language skills and preparing students for further study for more than 15 years. As a senior high school, registered and accredited with the NSW Board of Studies, and with Commonwealth CRICOS accreditation, Oxford College, Sydney, provides official courses of study leading to the Higher School Certificate, and, for successful students, matriculation eligibility for a wide variety of study areas at University.

College courses include English (ESL and Fundamentals of English), Mathematics, Economics, Business Studies and Information Processes & Technology. The College's teachers are qualified and experienced educators, committed to the scholastic and personal welfare of our students at all times. Classes are small and each individual student receives attention.

Because of our central location in the heart of Sydney, facilities such as public libraries, parks, shops, theatres, museums, art galleries and Darling Harbour, and at least three of Sydney's major universities are within easy access. Our own facilities are purpose-designed, with the needs of young adult students in mind, and allow for a blend of formal lessons, tutorials, private study and Internet usage.

Our clear and uncompromising goal will be to guide each student through the most appropriate pathway to success in the HSC, the highest educational award at pre-university level in New South Wales. The HSC in New South Wales is an internationally esteemed credential that provides a strong foundation for your future, whether you wish to pursue tertiary qualifications, vocational training or direct employment.
